do you offer clip-ons?

yes! any pair can be made with clip-ons - please leave a note at checkout and i will change to the style below. (they are made of plastic so no need to worry about metal allergies) 

please allow for an additional 2 days of processing time for hardware changes.

i prefer silver over gold... can i request silver hardware instead of gold?

yes! please leave a note at checkout requesting which pairs you would like to change the hardware on. please allow for an additional 2 days of processing time for hardware changes.


when will my order ship?

please allow 3-5 business days for items to be processed and mailed out.

business days do not include weekends or holidays. processing time does not include shipping time.

if you need your items by a certain date, i recommend upgrading to expedited shipping and leaving a note at checkout with the date they are needed by - i do my best to accommodate requests at checkout but cannot guarantee any arrival date unless expedited shipping is selected. 

shipping estimates are only estimates and refunds will not be given for delays caused by the post office. 

please check the tracking information sent to you via email for shipping updates. if you did not provide an email at checkout or have not received confirmation, please send an us an email and we can add your email to your order.

i accidentally put the wrong address on my order!

if you put in the wrong address for shipping, please reach out ASAP before your order has been processed. once a package has been marked shipped or processed, no address changes can be made. 

returns, exchanges and refunds

shop heartbaby does not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations.

if you are unhappy with your piece, please send an email to shopheartbaby@gmail.com and i will do my best to help you out!

lost in transit packages require an open case with USPS before a refund or replacement can be issued. individual replacement earrings may be ordered in a case by case situation if supplies are still available. 

my earrings broke in the mail! OR i received the wrong pair?

if your earrings are damaged in transit or you receive the wrong pair, please send an email and i will always do my best to make it right :)

caring for your jewelry

acrylic jewelry needs proper care to maintain longevity. although acrylic is a durable material, earrings can still be damaged with harsh handling. 

to ensure the life span of your pieces, please store them in a dry, clean space. 

stainless steel pieces are water and tarnish resistant, but prolonged exposure to moisture over time may have an effect on luster.

sterling silver pieces may tarnish over time but can be polished with a jewelry polishing rag.
